Coordinated systems modifications for the integration of an electric utility transmission system into a regional transmission organization (RTO). Responsibilities included identification of all inter-company data flows, definition and documentation of system requirements, facilitation of technical project team meetings, development of test plans, and coordination of integration testing. Real time cutover was smooth and on time.

Developed and implemented inter-company business processes for several large Midwestern utilities enabling the client utility to fulfill a contract to deliver electricity to an industrial customer outside of its geographical service territory. Facilitated inter-company negotiations leading to the resolution of multiple complex technical issues.

Performed business process analysis covering all functions of an Energy Management System (EMS) for a large Midwestern utility. Results were used to document the requirements for an upgrade. Organized and facilitated the vendor selection process.
